Good for you for not letting her have the satisfaction!
Maybe she expected you to fawn all over her coming to your wedding! Not so!
You are going to have a blast with your very happy friends who aren't "debbie downers" --haha--I love that term!
Listen to this one... my friend kept talking up how she was so excited to come to my wedding and couldn't wait to buy her ticket. Well I sent her all the STDate and invite info and she hasn't said a word to me since. I even invited her over for drinks and she never responded! WTF? People are so weird!
Crazytown!
Who cares though. Fun fiesta times await us! :)

I agree, people can be weird sometimes...I havent heard from my MOH in almost 3wks!! Whats wrong with everyone...avoiding someone is not the answer! If somethings up, then speak up instead being cowardly about it. Oh well, fun fiesta time is right! Cheers! cheers.gif

Have you talked to the co-worker again?
Update on my friend...she STILL hasn't talked to me. Even after I invited her out. Weird!
Well Ive spoken to my coworker, she emails me almost everyday and asks me how my wedding plans are going so I'm good there. however, its been almost a month and I havent heard from my MOH STILL!! And I just refuse to call her, am I wrong? I'm stubborn, thats the Taurus in me...but back on April 4th thru april 8th I sent her an email (about booking, just to get an idea of when she will book), texted her and even left her a voicemail. to this day she hasnt attempted to make contact with me. Even last week i sent a text to her and the other BMs to let them know that a fellow BM was going to be calling to inquire on certain things...maybe MOH was offended by this(?). She shouldnt be...if BM continuously offers to help me and MOH hasnt done that, then I take it as MOH is too busy with her life to help so I let BM help out with some things. Needless to say MOH never responded to that text message either. I dont know what gives...I need to vent here bc if I tell FI he will call her and it wont be pretty...lol.

when was the last time you tried to make contact with your friend?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
