I only saw one bead hanging off and that could of been from anything during the day. Once it dried you couldn't even tell it had gotten wet. The fabric felt a little sandy still but the drycleaners assured me today that it would be fine after they cleaned it.

I can't wait to see it!! We are doing our TTD shoot the day after the wedding and we are not telling ANYONE!!! You can't get as loose as you want to with mom and grandma peeking!!

Just thought I would bring this thread back up to the surface and see what other ladies are doing for their TTD sessions!

We are presently planning on doing Dunn's River Falls, as I have seen some beautiful shots in the falls.  I am concerned with how busy the falls can be, having been there a few times! Its a definite tourist trap!  I was hoping that by the end of the day is would have quieted down.  I tried emailing the Dunn's River Authority a few weeks ago, but unfortunately no response.

I've also heard about Mahoe Falls recently at Coyoba River Garden.  Has anyone else gone there for pics? I've heard that its much smaller but much more private.  I just want to make sure that if we go there that its going to look just as good as Dunn's in the pics.

We're also planning on hiring a driver for the day to take us to a market or something to get some more bright and colourful shots.  Lastly we're looking into going to a ranch (thanks to a great suggestion by another bride on here) to get some pics on horseback.  Has anyone done this? If so, if you have contact information for a vendor it would be much appreciated!

Hopefully this gets the ball rolling and we can share TTD location ideas! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
