Show off your shoes....

All these shoes look so beautiful!  I found 2 pairs of beautiful Badgley Mischka's I loved on a website and they're on sale.  The problem is they are both peep-toe pumps without a strap.  I showed them to the owner of the shop where I bought my dress, and she told me I really should get shoes with an ankle strap for support.  But..I'm just not finding anything I really like!  For you ladies that have purchased pumps without a strap - how did they feel?  Honestly I can't see myself wearing them the entire night anyway, prob just the ceremony, pics, and first dance and I'll change into platform flipflops afterwards.  But I certainly don't want to fall!

Your inspiration shoes are to die for, I absolutely love them. However, if you have the time patience to bling out the Jessica Simpson pumps, I think they will work beutifully with Alma.  I think I'll find myself in a similar boat. It's becoming mission impossible to find a sleekand sexy chartreuse shoe. This is my inspiration shoe...

I avoided that style...because I wanted the stability for walking in the sand/posing along the rocky shoreline at the resort for pictures.  Plus sometimes those shoes make a very unattractive sound as you walk...especially if your feet get a little sweaty.

I just bought these navy blue glitter shoes from katespade.com (style: charm). I have never spent this much on a pair of shoes before (and never will again), but I must say, they are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. If you join the email list, you receive a coupon for 15% off.

Ladies,

I came across these beachy sandals that I thought a lot of people would like so I thought I would share!

PG.NWNANCITA.WHITESY.PZ.jpg?sw=450&sh=450

They are Nine West style Nancita for $49. I already have my shoes picked out, but I thought these would be great to get ready in and have handy for later on in the reception if my heels prove to win the battle with my feet!

WPGBride-

I have seen a few very similar to your inspiration shoe (see below). Maybe you could find a shoe clip or even make a clip with the flower on them if you really liked that feature on the inspiration shoes!

These are my shoesJessica Simpson Shoes Acadia Peep Toe Pumps.jpg And these are more of what I would love to have weddingshoes.jpg

I guess I could add some sparkle myself and a flower.

And these are my accessories

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
