Bridal Hair Styles

Those chicks looked scary! I am thinking up, but am not sure! I have thick hair and it tends to frizz in heat! Has anyone heard anything about the Dreams Los Cabos hair stylist? Should I hire someone else?

my haircut is like this:

so i'm going to just wear it layered and wavy (not super curly-just beachy waves), and pin a couple of pieces loosley back.

I've done this before and with that many layers-my hair will stay wavy for 2 days straight. Easy stuff. I just set it in pin-curls after it's half dry.

Betsy, I like her hair a lot too, I've seen that pic before. But her eyes are scary! Like ARRR! I'm going to eat my groom alive!

I'm a little nervous bout this...I know I have a while to go before have to decide, but have been growing my hair out to do the Locks of Love in November (It's already almost to my waist!) so when it gets cut, it's been a while since I've had short hair, will have 3 1/2 months for it to grow a bit, but UGH...have NO IDEA what I'm gonna do! I really like the 1/2 up 1/2 down look...so will hopefully have long enough hair to have SOME up!!!

I really like a hairstyle idea I saw in one of the magazines (I think it was The Knot)....It involved having your hair pinned up for the ceremony but pinned up as two separate sections so that you could take out some of the pins and have it half up, half down for the receptions -- when you take it down it'll have some wave to it but I like that idea...

It lets you have it both ways....I'll try to find pictures/description online....

This is kinda what I want also!! Did you see Idol last night? I liked Kristi Lee Cooks hair too. It was close to this style.
BTW, you kinda look like the bride in the pic. Minus the crazy blue eyes you have the same face shape, smile and color of hair. Obvious it would look great on you!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
