So today we are snowed in here in OHio and I can't go to my first dress fitting. It's kinda exciting to be in snowed in, there is currently a Blizzard Warning! smile159.gif

I'm so not ready to get my dress altered, I haven't even thought about how I want it bustled. Oh, and I haven't lost any of the weight I wanted to, but hey I haven't gained any! I'm off to search for bustling information now, ciao~

OMG Paula It's getting serious! -Level 3 in DE county huh? I don't even want to think about having to shovel our way out tomorrow! I still have so much to catch up on before my new appointment this Thursday. My super organized FMIL called me this past thurs and suggested I secure another date before the weather got bad and everyone that had to cancel today, rescheduled. So glad she is on top of this, she is awesome!

Hehe, 3.5 miles to be exact :)
I took a nap and I think the snow *finally* stopped!

It sounds like some of the Canadian ladies have been out shoveling every few hours. They got so much more than we did.
Ugh! We will just wait until tomorrow.

That is great your FMIL is on top of things.
You have so many other things on your mind I am sure.
70 days to go!!!
Let me know if I can help you with anything.

Hey Paula,
Thanks for asking. It went really well, they are hemming my dress and doing a bustle and then adding the optional sleeves (still haven't decided on those yet). I found out I need new shoes, since the ones I had with crystals kept catching on the bottom.
Oh and I tried the mantilla on again and I loved it still, so my FMIL ordered it for me and I'm going to pick it up tonight! Can't wait!
My Bridal Shower was this past weekend and it went well, I had fun even though my family couldn't fly out here, but I'd rather they come to Tulum than to Columbus. I've been working on Thank You cards and thats taken forever. I still have so much to do with planning, but I can't seem to buckle down and get it done. I've procrastinated long enough though, I've been distracted and now I'm down to two months! Eeek!

Happy Spring!!!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaay! I am so glad she is getting you the mantilla!

I can't wait to see pictures!

Did youpost your showers pictures?

Are you holding out on us? ! :) Just kidding!

I woke up early on my wedding day to do little things.

Actually I did that several days before we left the US because I couldn't sleep knowing all the little things I had to get done!

You will be in Tulum in no time!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
