Thought I would start a new thread since the other one is super long.
I joined the points/flex plan and will be going to meetings on Tuesdays or Wednesdays depending on my basketball schedule (I coach cheerleading).

I tried that once and I never did very well, so I thought I would start going to meetings and see if that whole thing of having someone else weigh you helps me.

sherri hows the online working. ive been thinking about doing this. but also about doing the meetings. id like to lose about 25 lbs. im concerned though that the last thing i want to do is spend more time on the computer. but in some ways it seems really convenient.

Christine it really does help if you go to meetings…My cousin goes to meetings and she says it is the supports that helps her…

Leigh Miller….I like doing online…It has worked…so far I lost 30 lbs…it is easier for me to do online but if I had time and If my job would bring WW back to do the meetings I would go to meetings…

        It is very convenient!

I did the online thing and it worked great. I made sure to weigh myself each week and posted it on chart. We could do the meetings on this forum. I think enough of us girls have the ww books and we could choose a day where we have a "weigh in". We could even ask Tammy if she could post this as a private thread for any gals who don't want the world to know our weight.. hehe...

okay so I just did my points for the day and I went .5 over (I have 26 points a day) but since I went on a walk I did not use any of my 35 flex points. I bought some vinaigrette dressing but its not exactly the best according to weight watchers so I guess its back to the drawing board on dressing.

don't have my points finder right now but I think it has 1 point??

            Per 20g serving (2tsp)
            Energy 35 Cal

            206 KJ
            Protein 1 g
            Fat 2 g
            Carbohydrate 3 g
            Sodium 130 mg

I make a cucumber, carrot, and jicama salad with one of these dressings. (You know that cucumber and Jicama are 0 points)

Sounds good. But please note, I hated my prom dress. Okay, with that said you can post the pics.

By the way, I realized that the link didn't take you to the dressing I like. Its called "Low Fat Gingerly Vinaigrette" I taste like the dressing you get when you go to Benihana. They used to carry it at Trader Joe's but I haven't seen in in a while. But I've seen it at Vons as well.
