Have you exercised today?

I was so lazy last week and didn't exercise at all, but today I did my cindy crawford video, its an hour total body workout, I was dripping when I was done, it was so gross!

 

I have to kick it in gear too only 4 months to go!

Great work Sabina, that is awesome. What kinda dance classes are you taking?

I went to the gym last night and did total body and cardio. This morning I went for a jog and skipped rope for a few minutes. Tonight I will get on my elliptical for sure.

I did turbojam cardio party for 45 minutes this morning and I think I'm going to take one of the dogs for a walk around the lake a little later

Good job everyone! What great motivation. I still have a year until my wedding, but my BD pics are in August! Theres something about being in next to nothing that will get your booty in gear. I've already lost about 5 lbs in the past two weeks....so I'm on my way! bunny_4.gif I just love this little bunny....everytime I see it.....(makes me laugh:)

I rowed for 30 min this morning...but then ate a huge nasty burger and fries for lunch. Oh well.

 

Under 1 month until my BD pics and about 6 to the wedding. Must get serious!

Kate just think of how hot hot hot hot you are going to look for those pics. I'm telling you I have been busting my butt and eating way better knowing those are coming up. I booked her for August 25th btw...sent you an e-mail earlier. I'm so frickin pumped I can hardly wait. I think I'll be rolling in there with about 20 outfits since I keep buying everything sexy I see online. OOps...more for the honeymoombunny_4.gif

 

Keep it up! Everyone is doing great! Picture yourself in your dress and how you want to look. The last thing you want is to feel self conscious on your big day, so work hard and it will pay off!!!!

I'm back from my conference and I'm proud to say I managed to get a 30 minute run in while there...even though I was so hungover. Went on another 30 minute run today.

 

That means I met my new goal of working out 5 times a week!!
