anybody use kettle bells? I heard how great they are and how they get you toned quickly. Any input? Also, how do you know when it is the right size for you? I am thinking about buying one but I just need a push! Thanks!

My FI bought me one for Christmas and some DVDs (I asked - so, no, he's not a jerk - lol). The DVDs are called The Iron Core Way. I'm using a 15 lb kettle bell. I really like it, and it has been great for toning my back (which is a must in my dress). You can get some bruises on your wrist from them, so you should wear wrist bands. Knowing me, I'm probably doing it wrong. Regardless, I haven't done it much, but I intend to really step it up, now that I am at the 5 1/2 month mark!

I've been using them for about a week now.... I've been going to a trainer who works with about 6 girls at once. We are working with a 35 pound. It's only been a week, but I can tell you that first day kicked my butt. I think its working, its a hard work out.
