I'm working on a passport replica to send to my guests a couple of weeks before the big day with little last minute info and I haven't seen this template on here anywhere so I thought I'd share. I did the whole thing in publisher and can't figure out how to attach a publisher file. So here's a picture of what I have so far. PM me and I'll e-mail you the actual file.
EDIT - See post #8 for this template in powerpoint.

              That is SO cute.

By the way, I've made the text of all my topics into "stamps" there are a bunch of good fonts on dafont.com, including Hotel Coral Essex, Rub This!, and Artistamp Medium.

Yay! I finally figured out how to post an attachment. Here's the passport in a powerpoint format. The first slide is to be double sided with the second slide. The third slide is like the inside of the cover page. I printed everything on a light blue paper and trimmed it to 3.5 x 5 folded.
