Hello to all from a newbie.

Looking for a Honeymoon in the Pacific where I can use either AA or Delta frequent flyer miles. Probably will end up in Hawaii, unless anybody's shopped the going FF rate to Fiji, Tahiti, or New Zealand lately...

    Later!

We have friends who used US Airways miles for our Punta Cana wedding coming up in April.

However, we triedto use our Delta miles and they were blacked out.

We were going to use our AA FF to Fiji, but choose Cuaracao instead.

Welcome. I am using AA miles to fly to Argentina for my honeymoon and it only cost 40,000!! Gotta love those miles.

We're using my Contiental points to get to Tahiti. But we couldn't use FI's Delta points - at least not for business class tickets. They did have economy tickets w/ FF points, though.

And then using Starwood points to pay for the basic room at the hotel - only $200/night to upgrade to the fabulous overwater bungalows!!!

Good luck. Best thing is to call early and often.

            Happily married since 2008
