Hi Ladies!

Just got back from my honeymoon! 17 nights in EDR! Anyways, wedding was amazing, went off without any problems. Super stress free. Just make sure you enjoy your wedding bc it comes and goes in a blink of an eye! Everyone loved it and had a blast. Don't have all my pics yet but here is a preview.

You guys can do the bike tour and the green house tour. Both those do not take too long and they are on the resort so if you need to make it to something you can just leave. Or you can do snorkeling or horse back riding at the resort as well, I believe. There is also swimming with the dolphins at the Maroma generations. 

We can't wait to get down there!! It will be kind of a relief I think, to be in the execute phase and not the planning phase anymore!

Having my wedding on the pier at GRM in 15 days! Can't wait to show you guys pics!

We are getting pretty excited. Today marks our 30 day countdown!

Most of our stuff is finalized, but we are still working on playlists for the reception and couple other  small details! Its going to be great time! Try not to stress too much! Hopefully the weather holds!! I can't believe its the end of Oct. already.

Do you guys know if the you can get the donkey bar at tucane's bar for the reception, like in the actual reception area?

I'm guessing they wont allow the donkey to be on the generations pier where we are having our cocktail hour...

@@mkg51615 - We are getting married on pier at the generations  Nov 22, 2014. Coming up pretty soon! We are actually bringing flying in our own photographer and because we are able to use our free nights with our TA, we are actually able to get them for cheaper or the same price of a resort photographer but for 4 days!! Instead of the normal 2-4hrs on on the wedding day.  If maybe you have talk to the person that does your engagement photos maybe you can work out a deal with them. Even without our free nights, flying them in and paying for their stay is comparable in price to a resort photo package. 

Plus you also avoid the outside vendor fee if they (the photographer) stay for 3 nights. Just another option to consider!

Its pretty exciting, we have 10+ ppl plus our photographer on the same flight down so we are renting a party bus so we can all ride to airport together and kind of do pre and post pics of the whole wedding weekend!!

Also, I'm thinking about getting rhinestone chair sashes, but they are fitted instead of tie together. Does anyone know the size of the regular white chair they use? Or think these will fit?

@@robingabrielle - We are getting married 11/22/14! So a week later! Can't believe how fast its coming up! 

For those of you doing welcome bags, how do you plan on distributing them? Paying the hotel to distribute them or just handing them out when you see them?

When is your date? We are getting married in November also! I think we are only doing welcome bags as our wedding favors, but mainly doing silly/fun stuff like beach balls, shutter shades and koozies. 

Hi all! Has anyone had luck buying wedding favors in Mexico? We leave for our wedding 3 months from today!! So excited, but realizing it's time to get those little details ironed out any advice is welcome - what did you all give out?

We were thinking maybe an ornament since we are getting married about a month before Christmas...but I'm definitely not set on that.

Has anyone ever gotten the oil painter? I think its a pretty cool idea, but as long as if it something that  turns out kind of nice and we can hang up in our home. Does anyone have experience with that?
