Quick question ladies... Anyone know how much a taxi costs from the airport to the hotel?

I don't think they make menus, I've heard of other people making them on their own - I was thinking of bringing a chalkboard and just writing the menu on that - Maybe putting it on the bar or something... These are my choices - Can't go wrong with lobster! (Except with my mother who hates seafood! haha) APPETIZERS Shrimp Cocktail with Brandy Sauce SOUP Chicken Consomme with Tortellini and Vegetables Julienne SORBETS Champagne MAIN COURSES Lobster Tail and Beef Steak Grilled with Red Wine Sauce, Accompanied by Sauteed Mushrooms DESSERTS Chocolate, Kalhua and Nut Cake with Strawberry and Vanilla Sauce

@Kchenard - I'm getting married 3 days before you - Probably see you there! I have the Divine package as well, and have had to choose my one meal for all the guests... I was surprised too, will be hard to please everyone - But, if they don't like it - there is no lack of food at the resort! Getting SOOO close now!! Very Excited!!

@Inga - Thanks so much for sharing your special day with us! You looked SOO beautiful and the set up was gorgeous! They did a fantastic job! I may have to steal your lighting idea - Nice added touch! Hearing your review - I definitely feel a LOT less stressed!

I'm looking forward to hearing these reviews, and are there any suggestions of what we can do pre-wedding to reduce the stress... Month to go for me! The less stress the better!

Were those coconut drinks at an extra expense? I wanted to have some sort of liquor on the table for shots... As we are bringing shot glasses as favours, but I was told I would have to buy that seperately. Also I was looking into having wine as a welcome drink and I was told that would also be a separate cost - by the bottle... (and their wine list isn't cheap!) Its all adding up!

@kristieT - Wow - She did an AMAZING job(other than not being exactly what you wanted!) - That dress is FAB! I think, that if I were you - I would leave it as is... you will still have the flowy effect from the ends and the train... Its gorgeous!

@Paolalindsay - I have Phil Steingard booked as well - Most expensive part of my wedding!! So, I really hope he is as good as you say he is!! Your photos you posted here are Awesome!! Do you mind if I ask how much it cost for extra video time? And how much time did you get? Congrats again on the wedding!! @Sportsgirl - CONGRATULATIONS!! Thanks for the info - it really is comforting to hear that we shouldn't worry and that everything will go easily once we get there... I'm kind of at that point now - We have 6 weeks left, and i feel like I already peaked in the stress department... Now I'm just mostly excited! I think this thread helps A LOT with that! But if I do think of any questions... Great to know you guys are here!

@Brownskingirl - THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! I love that I love it!!! And its wonderful to here others loving it!! You should feel confident in them... I would do it again. Just a side note - when I saw others post pics of them in their dress for the first time - No one ever wears any makeup (for obvious reasons) and I thought I wouldn't post a pic of me looking soo rough! haha But then, once I had that love of my dress - You just don't care!! haha But believe me - I can't wait to post a pic when I get back - With me all done up!! haha

This thread is making me shop more!! I showed the FI the watches - he thought that was a great idea for the loot bags... So, bought 50 of them - they are being delivered to me in Korea - So, I will let you know what they are like when I get them! Also @Jreist - I think I bought those exact same sunglasses - they were delivered to Canada so I haven't actually seen them - But, my mom tells me that they are really nice and good quality!

I have mine this weekend!! And his is on the same weekend - we are heading to opposite sides of the country, So I will have NO idea what he is up to!! We normally always party together.. so it is a bit strange - But I trust him, and I trust his friends... His Best man already asked me if it was ok to take him to the strippers... I gave the ok - I want him to have a WONDERFUL time... Cause I know I will be!! haha Soooo.... That's what I'm saying now - I'll come back here next week and let you know how I feel then!! haha

OK Ladies... I don't know if you remember - but, I got my dress a few weeks back from Jasmine's and I came on here practically crying that I was so unhappy with it... But, I wasn't able to try it on properly - Cause I couldn't do it up on my own... OK - Well I am pleased to say that I found a seamstress here in Korea and took it there and tried it on - AND - I HAD MY MOMENT... Tears and all - Jasmine's did a WONDERFUL job... I love my dress... It is a touch too big (yay!) So, I am having the back taken out a bit more so the lace can be tied more... And the boning in the front causes a bit of bunching, hopefully when it can be tied tighter - that will help - but that's just me being picky...But other then that - Its awesome!

@Kristen - With the package you can choose whether you want a private buffet or a sit down menu - If you are not doing a package, or have to add more people on - the buffet is a little cheaper then the sit down menu... Also, with the sit down menu - you can only choose one meal - everyone must eat the same thing.... So some people are opting for the buffet.... I am doing a plated meal at the pool. @PaolaLindsay - Of COURSE we would love to see some more pics!!! I LOVE YOUR DRESS - You looked gorgeous!! I was totally considering the Eclipse, but as of now are going with the pool - REALLY wanted Castaways... But don't want to pay the $ for it! Pics Pics Pics Please!!

@Kittyinheels - I know EXACTLY what you are saying... I haven't had my dress at the seamstress yet (this wednesday!), But, just by looking at my dress and the materials and the "boning" - I don't feel that it is of very high quality - Especially for the amount that I paid... I was expecting something a little more... That being said - my wedding is also in January, so there are few options left - So, this is MY dress - And I am just going to have to make the best of it!! Trying to stay positive - But, at this point - like you - I wouldn't be recommending Jasmine's to a friend. Anyways - On the brighter side - I will have photos for everyone of me in my dress on Wednesday!! Wish me luck!

@Katryne - I understand the frustration of not having numbers... I didn't get a final list until the end of October... And that being said - I've had 3 people drop out and 2 added on, and still more people talking about adding on... I had an approximate number in my head all along, and then just added 10 onto that when buying stuff... And it seems to have worked out pretty accurately - any extra stuff you have - you could always sell on here! But, I wouldn't buy any big ticket items until the last minute when you are sure! Hi everyone!! Sorry, don't worry - I didn't throw myself off a bridge or anything!! hahaha Thank you ALL for your kind words - i have definitely stopped freaking out... But I do love this place for that - venting helps! I still haven't been able to try my dress on properly - May be another week until I get the chance... I've made a plan with one of my bridesmaids and a friend to come over - and kick the FI out and we will try it again... I think you are all right about the sash... and of course the altering - the tighter the better!! haha I will keep you updated - I will take photos and post them on the spot!! Thanks again!

Ok, I hate to be a Debbie Downer here - But I just received my dress yesterday, and need to vent a bit... Now to be fair - I was alone and couldn't put my dress on completely - like tie the lace back....or put the sash on... But, I could do up the zipper, and the dress looks REALLY frumpy.... I'm stressing A LOT - but, I need to try it on with someone else and definitely need to have it taken in - It just feels like its REALLY heavy.... Anyways, I will keep you updated - 2 months before my wedding, I was just hoping and praying that this dress that I never tried on before would go on and give me that "its the one" feeling I haven't had yet.... Definitely not the case... Eek!

Sash and simple veil ALL THE WAY! Love it! You look beauty!!
