Wow, Your first year anniversary. CONGRATS TO YOU!!!! That must be an amazing feeling.. That sounds like great fun a couples trip. I was just telling FI that we need to start doing an annual couples trip. I can't wait to have our first year anniversary as a married couple although, we have been together forever. We had to put our wedding off for a while but we are back in planning mode and I have ofcourse been back on your thread your ideas are so inspiring.

HI Dani HI Kim, Had a bummer last week so haven't did any planning had two people very close to me pass away so been trying to deal with that. Needed to get my mind off things so popped in on site. Kim, Yes, the weather is way different from California I can imagine takes some getting used too. I didn't create a website keep saying we will but still haven't. Which are you using? Beach BBQ seems like so much fun.

Hey Ladies, I'm not sure myself but I figure might depend on the circumstances staying at an all inclusive or regular resort vs a private villa or beach home. Resorts might not necessarily need a visit although would be nice, because they probably offer some sort of packages or list of things to choose from and possibly more choices to have if private villa or home such as caterers and florists etc..

Hey Dani, Thanks I hope it turns out as great as I see it..lol. Yes, they are sister resorts there and nope no sandals on turks. I'm not sure about the perks honeymoon wise that my TA mentioned. I know you get a free basic wedding package after certain amount of days stay. We have children too one of the reasons we picked beaches resorts also why we are not 100% sure yet on how long or what exactly we will do for honeymoon. The children are leaving the monday after the wedding traveling home with family. My MIL passed away a few years ago but I loved her dearly we got along great My FIL is the best very supportive to us. I want to incorporate her into our ceremony somehow just unsure how yet.

Dani, yes it is getting exciting now. That's great that you and your future MIL can talk together. We were supposed to have nothing grand for the AHR or too pricey now it's looking like we are going over going to have to sit down and figure some more things out. 'Good for you stay on your budget. I also want to wear my wedding dress again was wondering if that was going to be to much or how to incorporate everything. Yes, I want pictures here at home too. We are going to honeymoon on turks too I think. We were discussing maybe switching resorts though but not sure. We are staying at beaches, not sure if there is a sandals on turks if so we might just switch to a different resort away from any guests that might stay on after the wedding and, sandals is couples only so that should be nice.
