LOL! My FI was shocked when I said he should sneak out of his work meetings, I told him this was more important than the meetings

I told him the same thing, so he is going to try and sneak away from his meeting and do some shopping for me . Hopefully, he'll be able to. Ah, so jealous of brides in the states they have it so easy there when it comes to shopping

My FI is in the states till Friday, i can barely wait for him to come back so he can go and look at them. The price is so amazing , the walmart ones are close to $4.00. If he is ok with them I am buying these

Tell me about it Tori. I am so frustrated with shopping here. I don't know why we are so far behind in shopping here. I found such great beach totes on Amazon, but shipping was $70.00 I can't justify spending that much on shipping costs. I finally went to the dollar store today (YaY for me) and found first aid kits for a $1.25. Here is the pic: I don't know what the quality is like, but the price is quite nice

Tori, you are the best shopper EVER!!!!! I need to go explore walmart I think. Much to my shame, I didn't know they had a travel section , as you can tell I don't shop/travel a lot . You are right Tori, it's the resale that they are worried about. JBean, I am sure you can show them that you are booked at a resort for a wedding and they shouldn't have problems with it. I was told to make a list of everything that i have (the OOT stuff) and the quantities. But I am sure you'll be fine w/out your receipts as well. Another advice that a bride on here gave was to print out all of your emails from/to your WC. I guess there were cases where the WC said certain things were covered then after their arrival she said there were not anymore. In such cases, the emails were quite handy I guess. I am saving all of our correspondence and taking it with us just in case.

That's our plan too, luckily about 25 of us are flying together, so there will be lots of people to share out baggage with . I read somewhere about the receipts as well. I have to keep reminding myself to keep them otherwise I have a habit of throwing them out.

I don't know even know how many suitcases we are going to have. 1 filled with mugs , first aid kits, aloe vera ... Oh boy, I hope we weren't be stopped at customs

Hi Siobhane, We were going to book transat package but our TA advised not to do so. Apparently, they have a lot of extras that are not included in the package so you end up paying much more and she also mentioned that the services that they provide are not as good as those of the resort. So at the end we went with the resort one, unfortunately we took too long (as we were doing transat) and missed on presidential suit.

Such a great site, too bad we don't have something like this here in Canada. For canadians, if you are planning to order from them beaware: "For international shipments, all duties, fees, licenses, taxes, and adherence to local laws, regulations and customs, and any other such international issues are the sole responsibility of the customer." After getting all excited and putting everything in my shopping bag I decided to check the shipment conditions and came across that. Disappointing
