Found this email my travel agent sent me on some questions I had awhile back...thought it may be helpful, otherwise I think I have the same price guide as u girls. I bought a calling card so I'm going to attempt calling duing the week to speak with Claribel, but email really is best because then you have everything on paper so maybe I'll email first and follow up if I need too... 1) There are no substitutions for any of the items in the package 2) The covered chairs are for 25 chairs, the add’l cost is on your list $3/chair 3) Extra hour for DJ $180/hr 4) DJ equipment only rental $100/hr 5) As per your conversation with Claribel, if you have more than 45 guests for dinner, then they can only do a buffet poolside because there is no kitchen nearby. She mentioned that you can use the Beach restaurant for the sit down platinum dinner. 6) Music prior to ceremony is included 7) Cost of cake for extra guests is on list 8) Hair & makeup for bridesmaids, Claribel is waiting to hear back from the spa on the prices

I have to go back and check on extra prices... I dint get a full list but I did receive prices per hr for dj or to extend dj services. I came up with a list of questions to ask claribel, I figure let me get MOST of my thoughts together before I email or call her... being that it does take time for her to get back... I dont want to bombard her with emails. I also cc my travel agent with anything related with the WC and she will also try to get in touch or get answers to questions via email. JB I really adore both dresses...but the one shoulder I think is my fave! I am going with the devine package.... premium liquor & DJ! During the cocktail party I think I'm going to add the live music... maybe the carribean trio. I spoke to the invitation store today and they said my invites will being going out either today if there done or Monday! My RSVP is for August 1st. I figure it gives approx 2 months for guests to reply it's 6 months away from the wedding & I'm sure everyone will know by August if they will be able to attend... Then I start working on my OOT bags & favors!!

I have the price list.... Just have to put down a deposit... what do you think of them? Have you heard anything? Photo souvenir never got back to me and I emailed twice. I like HDC but they dont have any of there TTD sessions on the website... Jorge alloco got back to me too....but I think im leaning more toward HDC??? btw are you doing wedding program fans? I'd like to make them! I need a good template to assemble to the fan? Do you know of any? I think the rates are simialar to the resort and apple & I dont think there doing much of a group rate because I think the special rate is similar to the group rate.

Does anyone know anything about HDC photography? I'm thinking about booking with them? Do you ladies know who takes the photography for the resort? I emailed Claribel tonight, hopefully she gets back to me soon! JB...sight is looking good & those BM dresses are real cute! The apple rate arent too bad? Sarah does your price include insurance or is that without?

Hey girls....Sorry I've been out of the loop JB those are the bags I got at xmas shops! I got them in blue, pink, yellow, green & white. I also bought a bunch of other stuff u posted...the silver pic holders and the glass vases.....lol Cute sandals:) Acutie great job on the website!!! It took me awhile to do mine too but I didnt do it all in one shot either. Also IKEA has paper lanterns that are solar powered so if you leave them outside in the day there charged and will last all night, then you dont have to wory about the cords...You just hang them. Sarah did u get the straw bags at target? There adoreable, I just thought they were a bit heavy. Love the foot Jewels! I'm also going to need that wedge heal, Im only 5'2......Hopefully you girls get those contracts tomm:) now.....35 adults booked & 2 kiddies!!! Found my oot bags today at christmas shops $1.29 each..... not sure how many I needed but I bought 40 to play it safe and then when I know who is definately coming I can return extras. Picture to follow=)

I just went back and checked and I was charged $102.80..... but it was charged to nh arena since it was before the transition? I got emails from claribel saying my date is saved not to worry & she'll process as she as she gets a chance and then shortly after that I got the confirmation email.... I was happy because she did respond back with a quick email assuring me not to worry...

I want to plan an excursion for our guests that is fun and affordable.... Originally I was thinking just bridal party, but I would hate to leave other guests out since they will be traveling a long distance.... We may have a large number of guests so It may be costly to have everyone and pay for all??

deesanders, I still cant open documents....ughhh I agree with jb about doing the wedding website, I did one and got such great feedback! It also gives everyone a place to get an abundance of info & its cute!!! sooo far 30 adults 2 children booked and my invites havnt gone out yet!!!
