As we start to work out the save the dates, this is really good information. I am thinking giving the guests 6 months to RSVP is good goal to have.

It is me again Below are the three types of rooms that we are considering to have within our room block. Does anyone have any experience/pictures of these rooms? I just came from the DRC website and the pics of the rooms look great but would like to have examples of each type of room if possible. Is the Plunge Pool worth it? Thanks! Hi, We have the venue and date so starting to firm up guest list, start on website and Save the dates. In trying to get these three things together, it seems a bit overwhelming to pick a color theme now to use for all stationary. Do the save the dates and invitations have to match? THANKS!

Hi, Can you all provide your opinion on best spots to have the reception at DRC? I would, if possible, like a space/area where the dance floor could be in the middle of all of the table. We also don't really want to actually be on the sand! TIA for your assistance!!

Hi All, Once you have the the date secure, are you suppose to sign a contract w/DRC? Also, to all of you who have over 150 posts, how in the world did you get there? LOL Whenever i have a question, I search other posts and generally find the answer that I was looking for as I do not want to be redundant. But in not trying to be redundant, I don't have a lot of post which means that I can't look at any templates. Any suggestions?

This is a concern of mine too. Reserving and expecting to be able to use the gazebo but then something happening or the coordinator changing. Does anyone have any advice on how to cut down risk related to this issue?

Thanks!! Yes, we are going to be working with Teresa from Vacations for Less and she has been absolutely great! I think we are only going to set it up for hotel and let everyone get their own airfare although i think Vacations for Less would also help them with that, if needed. That is a great idea, the 3, 5, 7 night options. And good luck next week!!!!

Hi Ladies! I know that this has been talked about before as I read it but in searching, I can't find again. With the Ultimate package, 20 people are included/covered with the package. Can someone please tell me what the additional cost would be per person for the reception? Thanks a bunch.

We have been working on our guest list and right now, it is around 110 people total. In talking with friends who have have destination weddings and from looking online, most people say that most do not come and they have a smaller crowd than expected. Has anyone run into situation where majority of those invite to come, do actually come?

Thanks much for the clarification. I think we envisioned spending more days relaxing after the wedding v.s. 4 days prior to the wedding in Mexico. Definitely gives us something more to think about!
