  1. I can't think of any bad gifts I've ever received, but there are some that are nice in theory but I never really get around to using them. Stuff like photo frames (even though one day I'm going to go get a bunch of photos printed for them) and little packs with bath stuff or whatever in them, since I'm more of a shower chick.
  2. If you like that blog, then you`ll Zuzana at BodyRock. She's like the female version of Mark
  3. True Blood is adult TV candy. I don't even bother looking for deep or hard hitting allegory. It's Dark Shadows with a great budget and has, as the series progresses, ZERO problem with making fun of itself and seeing how crazy it can be. Its like the Charlaine Harris books on meth. They basically pick a theme and then see how many wonderful ways they can utterly beat it into the ground.
  4. If we can condense trilogies, I'd say the three extended editions of The Lord of the Rings constitute the best movie...although at roughly 12 hours total length, it's not for the casual viewer.
  5. While I don't have a fear of flying, I can't say I particularly enjoy it. It's mostly the airport (not the plane) experience I don't like. In general, I just get bad vibes/karma from people in airports. Everyone's so busy and focused on themselves that they just seem willing to run over one another. And customer service reps and security don't help. They are so irritated by flyers that they're often not the most friendly.
  6. St Joe's blueberry mojito or Cochon's satsuma (when in season) are my 2 personal faves.
  7. I just did this Wow Booty Workout  Absolutely brutal! I felt like I just ran for 60 min uphill.
  8. Spinach Pasta Salad (serves 2-3)  Although they're optional, garbanzo beans and walnuts make this salad especially good.  Food you'll need: 3 cups cooked spinach rotelle (spiral pasta), cooled 3/4 cup water, distilled preferred 1 & 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 cup fresh spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces 1/2 cup cooked garbanzo beans, optional 1/2 cup sliced black or Greek olives 1/2 cup chopped walnut pieces, optional  Preparation (10 minutes) Stir ingredients together in large bowl and serve immediately.
  9. The Ultimate Wedding Blog  I`m there every single day:) Â
