Hi, I live year-round in Puerto Vallarta. I used to love Epoca--I hung out there weekly. However, Sea Monkey has some of the worst food on the beach in my opinion. For example, the nachos do not have real cheddar--they have like movie theater style plastic cheese sauce. I've tried several things on the limited menu and was disappointed every time. At the last wedding I did at Dreams (last Sunday), the crowd was chanting the head waiter's name because they were so enthused by his great service. I've NEVER seen that at another venue!
