I used him and I wouldn't recommend him. So many pictures that I hoped for weren't taken. Half of the pics my eyes are closed. I get sad when I see others pictures from their weddings.

We booked through them and let them know that we'd be paying for our guests arrivals, but not their return transfers. Not only did they not arrive to pick up 2 of my guests, but then they never returned to pick any one up to be taken back to the airport!! They got everyone's return flight information then just didn't show up! My guests sat outside of hotel wondering who was picking them up and then at the last minute just ended up having to grab a cab. Now I have to explain to them that it was the company's fault and not ours....soooo embarrassing!!! Also they informed a group of my guests that "it's customary to tip $5 per person"....there was 13 people in shuttle that had already been paid for. Just awful.

The cigar roller is named Felipe and his number is 624-105-1112. Its 300 for 3 hours then cigars are 8/10/13 based on size I believe. I'll let you know how it goes!

Has anyone ever been to or stayed at either of these hotels??? We are having our reception at Villa Del Arco, but can't decide which hotel to stay at since the rates that we have been quoted are very similar! Any advice??

Where on the property did you have your reception?? How many guests did you have? I keep going back between Villa La Estancia and Villa del Arco for both accomodations and our reception! I will probably offer/suggest both to my guests. Any advice?

El Faro is one of the outdoor settings right?? Can't wait to see pictures!! Are you just using Gretel and her assistants to do everything or do you also have an outside coordinator??

Let me know when you find out about La Fonda's pricing. I also was a little shocked at the prices for Mi Casa, but I do love it there!

I have contacted two people and gotten quotes for 3000 and another for 3500. Are people negotiating to get better deals?

So I'm getting married at Villa La Estancia and the hotel provides a coordinator for free. I am debating using an outside coordinator, but when I asked she says that most brides do not do this... Â Thoughts?? I'm a little nervous to trust the ladies at the hotel do everything since the communication has kind of lagged when I contact them, but I don't know if $3000 is too much if I don't need it!

Why the reception at the golf course? Did you get a chance to check out some of the reception sites at the hotels?? Its SOOO hard to tell how it looks from the pictures that they sent me. I really want to take a trip down to check it out first, but I don't know if I will be able to!
