Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and planning a wedding at a Cabo villa in October 2011, for probably 100-125 people. The villa itself is really expensive, so I'm really trying to get a handle on the other costs like a coordinator, DJ, flowers, decor etc! Â i've emailed a few places here and there, but I'm sure as a lot of you know, its difficult to get a straight answer - everyone wants to discuss your budget, place, and work with you which is great, but I just need some quick estimates!! Â So, any help would be appreciated. My key questions are: - Whats the general price range for wedding planner services? I want to do a lot myself to keep costs down, but want someone to recommend vendors, help with discounts, and run the wedding week itself. Is $1k reasonable? - Flowers: Hoping to find a vendor that can utilize seasonal flowers to keep prices down - does anyone have any budgets they were given from florists, showing prices and what you get? - Decor: Furniture and chairs / tables etc, who are the reasonable vendors and whats a reasonable price per chair / table / etc?
