I wanted to do the same thing....we are having a group of about 30 people....and reasoning behind the fee is because they have to setup a semi private area for us, and have extra staff just to accommodate us....my WC said that the "all inclusive night fee" does not include private events....which makes total sense (even though i dont want to pay for it lol) so we are going to pay $15 per person to have a welcome/rehearsal dinner at Maria Marie......but i am a Royal in Cancun bride not PDC! ...............I didnt want to have to spend the money BUT we thought it was amazing for us to have dinner with everyone for about 2 hours....especially on their first night there...just to set the tone for the week! good luck planning ladies!

You should call your WC and have her do it over the phone! That is what i did after having problems with their site.

Yeya- we are sending the documents that we just got from our priest tomorrow to my WC!! So I will request a bilingual priest!! I have a question! Who did you use for your videographer? And approximately how much were they (if you don't mind sharing) Thanks!!

Ok! So I just called my WC and she tried to make the payment again using a different system and it worked!!! So give your WC a call and hopefully it'll work for you too! Good luck! And let me know the outcome!

Thanks, Diahr!! Has anyone tried to make a deposit and have their card declined??? I've been trying to make my deposit since yesterday online and over the phone with my WC and the system is denying my card (there is plently of money there) and it's only 300 bucks......i've called my bank to reassure that is nothing on their end.......WTHHHHHH this is getting super annoying! any advise would be greatly appreciated!!
