  1. UGH Sorry I do not know why this is not posting what I submit!!!

What I was trying to say in the blank posts above was that I got my Tote bags and really like them!

They are from http://cheaptotes.com/gift_tote_bag.html. They were only .59$ each, which is awesome because I am making 35 OOT bags. They are smaller in size, which is nice because it will force me to  be selective about the items I put in them (Cancun Survival kits and Welcome letters). They hold two big rolls of toilet paper (tried to think of an item that everyone could compare it too, lol) with a little extra room. They will easily hold my kindle, sunglasses, sunblock, phone, and whatever else I would bring down to the beach.

I will try again to post the pics!!

  2. I got my tote bags in the mail last week and have to share!

I love them! They are small, which is perfect for our OOT bags. Our bags will be little Cancun survival kits with shout wipes, welcome letter, hand sanitizer, etc. It is also nice that they are small because I know I will have to choose only most appropriate items rather than go overboard, which I tend to do cheesy.gif. The bag fits two large rolls of toilet paper, with a little extra room. I tried to think of something to put in it for scale that everyone would understand. Everyone uses TP right??!! LOL

When we were in Cancun last year I found that all I needed was a very little bag to go down to the beach, since the towels are provided poolside. This bag is the perfect size to fit my Kindle, phone, sunblock, room key, sunglasses, money, and any other little items I may want, without having to haul around a big bag. Hopefully lots of people will use them!

And the price is right at $0.59 each, since I am making 35 bags.

  3. I have an additional dilemma. We are arriving at the Resort on Wednesday with about a third of our guests, and the other two thirds are arriving Thursday and Friday. I am really hoping that somehow the resort concierge or staff or our event coordinator can help us out and help get the bags to the people's rooms? I may also figure out when everyone's flight arrives so that I can be there when they check in, welcome them, and hand them each their OOT bags....ugh I don't know!!! Maybe I need to put some more thought into this. Any suggestions??

  4. We are also getting married here legally, then ceremoniously in Mexico. Our friend is an ordained minister and will do the paperwork here. He is also coming to Mexico and will be performing the ceremony there. We are not telling anyone that the technicality will be done before we ever go and it doesn't bother me at all. To me, the paperwork doesn't really matter much. The ceremony is the important part!!!!

  5. Not doing it!! We have 66 coming to the DW and are doing the whole dinner and dance there.  We told all those who have badgered us about not having ARH 'Well how are we going to celebrate your marriage???!!" that they can just meet us out sometime and buy us a drink. We are also having a videographer, so whoever wants can watch that.

  6. Been there too! I fired our first TA because she was terrible!!! Slow at returning my calls and emails, non commital, unwilling to give advice, just did not seem very interested in make the process productive and fun. So I kicked her to the curb and called another agency. Our TA now is AWESOME!!!! And turns out that she is a cousin to my future mother in law! She rocks. I am so happy that I made the decision to fire the first one. I can't imagine what kind of cluster f**k our wedding would have been smile36.gif
