    I am also planning a wedding in St Thomas for Feb 2011. I am thinking of doing a wedding at a resort. Right now Bolongo Bay is high on my list but am open to other any suggestions.....

    I was researching this too and came up with a site called namifiers. Do a search for beach totes, once it pops up on the left hand column click on the budget tote it is only 1.98 and you can also customize it for a bit more. They also have one for 11.98.
