I know it is so overwhelming, use this rule KISS _ Keep I Simple. Jamaica or Mexico are the best. I LOVE MEXICO. Palace resorts are budget friendy and have 4 star service. I am still planning mine. I will be at Sun Palace. We know we love it already from vacationing there. Please keep in touch, I will help you in any way. I promise.

My FI and I have decided to have our Wedding at Sun Palace in Sept 2010. We have been ther before and LOVED it! It is adults only, we decided our children will not be involved. My son is 22 and old enough to come if he can, but I have received some comments from people. We feel we are marrying each other and not the children - we are raising them to leave us. We will however share the day with them when we get home and have a celebration with just them. We want a simple wedding on the beach and we think maybe 10 - 15 people may come. (I am having a hard time with invites!) I am very overwhelmed and on a budget. Sun Palace is 4 star and we negotiated our rooms, we feel we got a great price especially since we get all the free excursions! I am freaking out about OOT bags (how to pack them) and any kind of itinerary. I just do not want the stress, but I feel I owe my guests something. I really dont want to plan and entire vacation for them. Maybe a welcome dinner. I am just so unsure. I really want to keep it simple.

I am so sorry that sounds horrible. Clearly they are not good friends. Maybe you should think about having only one attendant for each of you or none at all. Remember, it is supposed to be a happy day, full of good friends and family. My FI and I are not having anyone stand up for us. We are keeping it simple and cannot wait to celebrate!

Congratulations!! I would love to here some more details about the wedding. How was the blood test and did they do a nice job on your hair and makeup? Maybe any tips you have to offer? Thanks!!

I'm getting married at Sun Palace in September 2010. I am also looking any information from anyone has had a wedding there. I Love Sun Palace, that is why we chose it.
