Hey Ladies!! I'm going to be getting married at the BBGE on Feb.5, 2010. We are so very excited!! I have also found that Candy is not all that great at responding to email. I sent her one about a month ago and no response yet. Also it would be great if anyone has pictures of the different reception options. We are trying to find an outside location by/on the beach or an open air location. Does anyone know if there is a larger package description available with more details for meal options, cakes, flowers, cocktail hour, etc. This was also a question I asked Candy, but no answer. Hey everyone, I am wondering if it's normal to pay such a high deposit of $300 per person to our TA?! We have to initially book 10 or more. So right off the bat it is $3000 for deposits. If it turns out that only 9 can go we will loose $300. Keeping that in mind we have around 60 invitation we will be sending out. I am so confused as to what to do. I anyone at all has and suggestions or advise it would be wonderful. Thanks Ashley

I think the donation in the guests names in a wonderful idea. How much do you think would appropriate as a donation per guest? I guess this would also depend on your budget and what you feel you can manage to give as a couple. I love this idea and am for sure going to do this in lieu of the OOT bags
