Hello Ladies!! I finaly narrowed down two resorts that I'm interrested in for my 2011 wedding...Iberostar Laguna Azul and Barcelo Maya Beach in Riviera Maya. My TA sent out the submissions yesterday and I'm waiting to see the proposed contrats so I can compare both to finally take my final decision. I'm definetly more interrested by ILA and my fiance too!!! I'm really excited but at the same time I'm nervous! I would love to see the wedding gazebo and couple more wedding pictures at the ILA but I know that it's not going to be possible as I'm going to book soon. Does anybody knows what kind of gazebo they are building? I can't wait to hear about the 2010 ILA weddings...for those who are getting married in April/May, you guys must be sooooo excited...I hope we'll have (2011 brides) the chance to see some pics!! Hello!! I'm getting married in April 2011 and I have a hard time choosing my resort...I'm stuck between Mexico and Cuba! As for Cuba, this resort is the one that I found the most interresting!!! Does anybody knows if there's a gazebo? Is there special spot on the beach for weddings? Do they have nice decoration for the ceremony?? I would love to see pics!!!! HI!! I'm searching for the perfect resort for my upcoming wedding and I found out that their is a new resort called Dream Riviera Cancun but I'm not sure if it's ready yet or not. So I was wondering if someone have some info about this or even if someone is plaining on getting married there!!

Hi everyone! I'm debating on getting married in Jamaica or Mexico. When I'm looking at destination in Mexico I'm very curious about the Dreams Cancun. Is there Dreams Cancun bride out there that would give me feed back??!! I would also love to see pictures of the ceremony location choices as well as flowers, cake, etc. Well anything about Dream Cancun weddings would be really appreciated!! *When I'm looking to pictures it seems that the pool is not really big and that the beach it's not really large...is it just the pictures?? Hi!! I have been looking over and over again resorts in Jamaica but I can't find to choose which one would be the best for me and I'm sure that I didn't see all the resort yet. Do one of you knows where to look to see all the resorts available in jamaica?? I know that I want a 5 stars resort, family oriented, beautiful beach (I want to get married on the beach, not in a gazebo/garden/church). Can anyone help me ohh and not to expensive!! (1600-1700 from Halifax)

Hi ladies! I'm getting married in Jamaica in 2011 but I never been to Jamaica and I have no idea on where to start! I'm supose to have around 30 guest. I would like a 5* resort (not an adult only as children are coming) not far from the airport. I would like to have my reception on the beach and I would also like to have a private reception after on the beach or in a reception room. Does somebody know if it's possible to have a long private reception, let's say till 2am...and if yes, around how much does it cost? I'm looking for a resort where I can find a jaccuzi on my suite balcony...it's like a dream!!! oh, and also ocen view. hihi Do you think I'm asking way to much or there's a resort out there that would be perfect for me?? Hi, My name is mags and I'm really excited to be a part of this forum. My boyfriend proposed last month (March 2009) in Punta Cana and we decided to get married in Jamaica in 2 years (April 2011). I know that it's just in 2 years and that I have a lots of time to found the perfect resort but why not start now!?!
