This is crazy!!!!!!!!!! I don't know if I should call and start bitching now or wait until they try to tell me this. NUTS. This is SO unprofessional! I just spoke to FI and he said absolutely no to on the beach and I have to say I agree. I don't like sand everywhere. And what happens if it rains? Where do they put you then? I read on Trip Advisor just recently they offered $500 to bump a family for one night and then changed their story and said only $500 resort credit - they had 1 night mind you to use it - then when they got to AS the spa was booked solid and they would not accept the resort credit in the store so they bascially got nothing for moving their 3 kids.

Taylor, how many people are you having? The Mexican restaurant looks awesome (though taken off the resort website for weddings - ODD) and they have like an outdoor porch area that overlooks the ocean.

You will get this worked out, I am sure. They cannot change things that have already been promised. I swear to buddah I will pick up and move my wedding to a new resort if they even TRY to change my wedding from Blue Terrace.

Haha the Donkey sold it for FI and me too!!!! Yeah even if people dont come or book or have problems, you warned them. I gave 10 months notice plus a couple emails. It was a GM who los out on a room - I mean, come on! Oh well, he knows it was his fault waiting. I still feel awful, but a little part of me feels like he deserved it! I think you still get your bride bouquet for free in the free wedding package.... Not 100% sure. Have fun !!!!!

Good on you Katie! You have the outfit ready to go! Can they show you a sample shoe dyed pink so you can see what the final product will look like? I wanted a veil for pictures so I might just bring my BM's from her wedding as a photo prop and not for the wedding. More photo props - I am also bringing a Terrible Towel since FI and I love the steelers and I think our college flags (mini ones). I just think they'll be fun pictures for later. Are you guys bringing down your invitations too? I read somewhere to bring everything down so the photog can capture them. Amy, when is your dress going to be ready? I don't get to try mine on til April 2nd - I am so excited!

No problem Suzy Q - This is what I ordered: ItemNameQuantityPrice Documents 060-001Large Window Decals2$ 18.99 600-001Apply to the outside of the window -INCLUDED 898-001Uploaded logo/photo/design -INCLUDED The large window decal - you order in a size, lets say 20 x 12 or something (inches). Then you make a Word document that size in page set up - choose custom size and enter in the dimensions. Then you basically need to fill in the page with whatever you want to print. I cant remember but I might have had to convert the Word document into a PDF. You can do that on Adobe's website. This did take some time, but was super easy to cut up the page and put the stickers on the glasses. I have so many left over, I can use them for our welcome letters and whatever else. I think it was buy 1, get 1 sheet free. Good luck, let me know if you have any other questions!!!!

I lost 10 pounds in a month & a half, but I think it was weight I had gained quickly and it was easy to lose. I loved this plan at first b/c it was full of diversity - it was easy to hold off on carbs for a couple days knowing that Thurs/Fri/Sat i could have starchy ones again. But now I wish I ate the same thing every day so I think I am going to switch to a low calories diet - which this is kind of anyways.

Here are my mugs & shot glasses for my OOT bags! I bought orange and stainless steel travel mugs from Discountmugs.com. I was going to personalize shot glasses too but then decided to do stickers with our logo like the mugs -- much cheaper -- plus I could use 3 colors for a next to nothing cost. For 50 mugs and 72 shot glasses without any personalization it was around $200. To personalize the mugs, I went to Vista Print - I made outdoor stickers - they are like the kind stores put on their shop windows - and I repeated my logo 100 times on one sticker. Cut them up and stuck them on the shot glasses and Travel Mugs. There was a buy one get one special so I have 2 sheets of stickers, but only needed one. It was around $16. This was pretty easy, the stickers are waterproof, and they can be removed to ensure guests use them again when they leave mexico! Thanks to all the brides on this forum for their help and advice!!!

I'm sorry I missed the name of the bride who wanted to know about Cancun buses and excursions: I am using Cancunandriveriamaya.com. They are charging me $300 for 3 minibuses to take guests from Azul to Cancun and home. I am going to work on the bars to go etc etc. That price is for 30 people. You can email them off their website and they can put together specific packages for you. I am having an oldie pick up at 11:30pm (home by midnight) and a 2am one for my friends. I am positive some will miss that and take a taxi back to the hotel at 5am while eating Mcdonalds. lol that's how we roll! I made my OOT bags (still waiting on welcome letter and who's who booklets) this weekend. I did not take enough pix, but I'll post the ones I have in the next few days.
