When is your wedding? All the wedding coords. there are great, I know that it is frustrating but do not worry once you are there they will be sure everything is covered. I was fortunate enough to have been to the resort 3 or 4 times before my wedding, so I was able to build a relationship with all of them. I brought everything with me, I just bought suitcases at garage sales and left them in Mexico. I did have to pay for the extra baggage but it was cheaper that buying from the hotel.

I was able to use it for the video. You can also use it to upgrade your room to a suite

Tara, I just sent you a PM with your other questions. To answer this one. I brought my photog, and he stayed for 4 days at the resort with us. It was not a problem at all, no one questioned him or us. Don't worry about it at all!

HI Ladies, I was married on 10/10/10 the Miami office told me the SAME thing, and i DID NOT see 1 other bride, groom, wedding, wedding flower NOTHING...(on the same day as mine) I was only AFTER the reception was over and we took the party to the bar that I saw the "other" bride. SO in my opinion, I wouldnt worry about it.

They do have transportation, but it is not free. I believe that my TA negotiated the transportation and it was included in the price. I got married during Low season so I am not sure if they only did that for the business or if it is something that they do on a normal basis with groups.

I booked all of my appointments when they sent me the final wedding package which was about 60-90 days before the wedding. I booked more than 10 salon treatments, about 12 tee-times and 4 spa treatments and everythign was right on when we got there. There weren't any issues at all. Congrats!! You are going to love it!! I brought every last decoration with me!!!! Grated, the setting is so beautiful that I felt that I didnt need much, but I felt that they were WAY over priced. Not 1 thing was broken. A lil wrinkled, even though I had to send off to get pressed I still saved a TON of $$.

It is very close, but Senor Frogs is in between the hotel and the ferry dock.. no trouble at all...The PP is perfect!

Perry1217 pretty much answered you. The creditcard form is in case of cancellation. If I rememebr correctly, there was a spot to put an amount I wrote 0.00 and then in () wrote unless cancellation occurs and then wrote out what the exact terms were for cancellation. You don't have to give a number of guests now anyway. You have to give an exact number 30 days before the event date, and even still they were flexiable, I think I gave about 5-7 people more than we really had. i wouldnt worry too much about the number of guests yet.

We did pay a deposit, but it wasn't per person($100 per person seems like a lot to me, we had 70 people so that means I would have had to ocme up with 7k?) and all the money went toward our trip, and it was for the group block. We had to give the depost when we signed the contract. We were able to release a % of rooms that werent booked, at different times over the course of the year from the time we signed the contract to 30 days prior to departure. With Teresa, in order to even make the reservation, our guests had to give 1 night deposit and were able to make payments as much as they wanted. ~Tanya I would just make sure it is very clear as to what happens to your money if lets say you put a deposit for 50 people and only 30 people book. My husband and I were there 2 weeks before the wedding and stayed a week after the wedding so we rented a car. I had the travel agent figure in the transportation with the pricing. If I am not mistaking it costs about $70.00 each way from the airport to the hotel, I believe this is what we paid about 2 years ago....I could be wrong
