    ebredhawk - I'm sorry I honestly don't know the answer to that. I did get married in the gazebo and didn't have a flower girl. I'm not aware of any rules but it's probably something you should check with the WC. Sorry I'm not more helpful!

    Hi nsbride - I would make sure you get your date confirmation as soon as possible. Then you can work on booking your trip whenever you want. My wedding was in June and I had scheduled my date at the resort last August. We didn't book our trip until mid October and most of our guests booked in the following months. Just make sure you can get your date and then you can figure out the rest later.

    LaToya - Congrats on getting your date confirmed! nsbride2010 - The wedding coordinators have a book full of pictures of flowers you can choose from. I'm sure if you wanted specific colors they could make that arrangement for you.

    We had speakers for the music when I walked down the aisle but there was no microphone during the ceremony. Everyone was sitting close enough that they could hear us exchanging our vows. It's a pretty intimate setting, there really wasn't a need for a microphone.

    Yes, that's right. We chose the Gold Dinner menu and there are things you can choose off of there for each course. We chose the Hearts of Palm salad, the Dominican stew, and the steak and shrimp, then the tiramisu for dessert. All of the food was delicious!

    Yes, they did charge us the service charge which was 15% on all food and drink.

    We went with the complimentary package and then added on what we wanted. We added on the gold dinner package for 42 people, that was the part that was taxed.
