I ordered from weddinglinensdirect.com in case you were wondering. I gave the overlays to Sandra, the WC, and she took care of setting them up. As far as the ceremony decoration I left it all up to them because I cared more about the reception. I noticed that I didn't get covered chairs for the ceremony because the covered chairs were used for the reception (bc of the sashes I brought)...but I didn't think it looked bad at all. They were pretty much the chairs from the Portofino restaurant. Hope that helps!
