  1. A little off subject... Amy my FI and I absolutely LOVE your personalized Tequila bottles!! Would you mind sharing where you had these done? And how much they cost?? So allow me introduce myself BTW...I'm a noob with my heart set on the Mayan (Marina) for April 2009. I am sooooo happy I became a member of this forum. After reading all of the wonderful reviews about the Mayan, Prisar and Wright Travel Agency I feel more confident in moving forward with our wedding planning. Thanks for sharing so much information for others, like my FI and I, to view!! We can't thank you enough!! Rachel
  2. WOW Thanks for the speedy reply Edna!!! I've been searching through some of the Mayan Bride forums and reading many of yours and Amyh's detailed info regarding to Mayan and Prisar. It's all really eased my nerves and WOW I'm soooo excited to start planning all of the details!!! Forgive me if I am redundant, where did you choose to stay and why did you decide not to stay at Mayan? Are you offering a few hotels for your guests to choose from? I'm still learning how to use this site and plan to update my profile soon. I've been glued to my laptop all day researching. I just love that I have found so much info already. Thanks again! Rachel
  3. Thanks for posting these pics Edna! I'm a newbie researching Mayan Palace and found very little pics on the web. I am sooo happy I joined this forum! I was hoping you could answer a few questions about the Mayan from your site visit... How was the beach? Crowded with guests? Vendors? Did you see any of the rooms? Are you ony having your reception here? Thanks so much!! Rachel

Given the cost of an event there for the level and kind of event we were planning (a rehearsal dinner with traditional Mexican food buffet, music and cocktails), we instead opted to have our dinner at El Dorado next door. The ultimate cost for a terrific event at El Dorado was more than half what it would have cost us for a nearly identical event at the Beach House. Hope this insight helps! Hi I'm a Newbie and have been searching for info on La Palapa (restaurant), El Dorado and The Beach House. I have not been able to find many pictures of these places on the web and I have never been to PV. Do you happen to have any photos of El Dorado? What's the pp price for your RD package? Are you having it on the Beach? Thanks so much in advance!! Rach
