Well, I have a second dress for the ttd session which is much lighter, but I wasnt sure that I wanted it in the bathroom dripping all over the place. We leave the resort the next day so I wasnt sure if maybe I could have it laundered or at least dried before we left.
I just thought about this:
After your ttd session, what did you do with your dress? We are being married in Jamaica at the RIU. I wonder if it would be safe to wash and dry it, or should I let it hang dry.
How did you care for yours afterwards?
We arrive at the resort on a Tuesday and the wedding is Friday. We plan to visit DR Saturday after we have our ttd session. The days before will be filled by assembling welcome bags, relaxing and visiting family on the island.
Ok, the wedding is June 5th and so far we have done the following:
Booked ceremony/reception location(ROR)
Ordered dress
Found MOH dresses
Selected flower vendor(Hibiscous florals)
Booked photographer(Michelle McKibben)
Selected wedding bands
Booked suite
Deciding on hm
Where are you in your planning process?
I have family in Jamaica and plan to have my aunt commission the cake for us. I have noticed (sadly), that there seems to be an "American tax" added immediately whenever the vendors hear that your from the states. But if the cake goes over $300, I may have to for go it altogether.
FH and I are considering taking a cruise for our hm since we are staying at the Riu for 5 days for the wedding.
Carnival Cruise Lines
Our other plan is Couples or Sandals. Where do you plan to honeymoon?
Hi ladies, Im looking for templates or ideas on how to assemble ticket holders for my boarding pass std's.
I collected two from the std thread, but was curious to see if there were any more or updated ideas out there. Thanks!
I was seriously considering her, but then found another photog from the states. Her rates are very reasonable, but she is new to photography, her background is in video, and her lack of creativity showed in her work....to me.
