I know exactly how you feel! We just had our 2nd shower with his side of the family and friends. I swear I was shaking. Make one of your best friends come up with and write all the presents down. She kept making me laugh and reminded me when I was going to fast or forgot to open the card. I know this sounds stupid to forget but I hate being put on the spot, I always manage to do something dumb. This whole experience has made me so thankful that I chose a destination wedding. Only the people we really care about are coming! I'm glad this weekend is over!

Hey ladies, I just got a phone call that our invites are in! I'm so excited, hopefully they turned out the way I have them in my head. I know how everyone feels about the FI not getting it! My FI has only asked two of his brother-in-laws to be in the wedding. He really needs to ask the others but he just hasn't. he keeps talking about but not acting on it. I have six bridesmaids so it might be a bit strange with only two GM. He could easily ask my brother and brother in law who are going if he feels weird about asking friends. I don't get what the hold up is and he can't seem to get his act together. can't really go shopping for their outfits if he hasn't asked them!

I'm totaly buying my nephew the dready bob marley one! His dad loves Bob Marley, he'll get a kick out of it!

We are thinking of having our honeymoon there January19-25th. If you could send us a quote of the different room categories, that would be great. I tried to send a pm to you but your mailbox is full! Thanks a ton, SArah

I agree, if someone can't come having twins is the best reason possible. I just want her and her babies to be happy and healthy! I won't be replacing her. I already had 7 bridesmaids, which is a lot in my opinion. I also wanted to alert everyone of the sale whitehouse and black market is having! I just bought a dress, halter top and bermuda shorts for $150 with shipping. The dress alone was supposed to be $150. Its so dangerous being bored at work!!!!

So I knew one of my bridesmaids was going to be 6months pregnant at our wedding. I just found out she is pregnant with identical twins!!!! How crazy! I'm so excited for her but bummed she won't be able to come to the wedding now. She said she was going to plan on coming but I work with pregnant women and there is no way her docs are going to let her go to Mexico when she is 6months pregnant! How crazy, I still can't wrap my mind around her having twins! She already has two kids and she is 27. I just can't believe it!

Hey ladies, I just wanted to find out when the next biggest loser starts? I was on the second one but thought it would be too hard to do two in a row. Now I need to get back on my health kick to get in gear for my wedding in January! This was a huge inspiration to push just a little harder to drop the weight!

We went to Joeseph A Bank, they were having a sale on summer suits. They're a bit more lightweight that your traditional suit. You should check them out. If they don't have the right size in their store, they'll order it online for no extra charge. Scott's suit was $300 and he can wear it again for work(after the wedding). He actually asked me if he could wear it when he went out of town for a business meeting! I just had to laught:) Men are clueless!

Hey Ladies, I'm getting married January 17th at Dreams Tulum. I just had my first shower this weekend, kinda crazy. I don't like being the center of attention but it was fun. We really need to start getting rid of things in our condo, we're running out of room to put things and I have two more showers in september! We also just ordered our invites last weekend. its nice to finally get that done. We also ordered our bridesmaid dresses a couple of weeks ago. My fiance got his suit in a few weeks ago. All we need to do is get the guys attire figured out and our rings. We also bought every beach bag walmart had for welcome gifts for our guests. They're really cute and only $5. My goal is to spend $10 per bag so we'll see how I stay on budget!

Oh my god! This sucks. Has anyone emailed the resort? I'm a little panicked at the thought!!!!! I have travel insurance but I'm not sure about the rest of my guests. Plus, all the planning!!!!! Yikes. Deep breaths.

Thanks sundbride, I swear I searched but there is so much info on this website. Also, thanks for sharing your photos and video. I'm using the same color dresses and was freaking out for a second that it was too bright but I watched your video and teared up a bit. It was perfect. I'm back to being excited! I know it'll all come together, I just have my moments. Thanks for helping me stay calm!!!!

Hey ladies, It's been forever since I've been on the site! My sister just had a baby and I've been doing a lot of traveling. I know I saw a virtual map of the resort on here some where but I could not find it. I even tried to google it but no luck. I'm starting to stress the details! I was so calm when we started the process but now I'm starting to get stressed out. I'm trying to work out a site visit but I can't stand the airfare prices!!!! I guess I need to take a deep breath and have faith that it'll all come together in the end. But if anyone can find the map I'm talking about, that would help put my mind at ease!
