We're having a miny reception when we get legally married (May 7th) but just close family and friends.. I guess my parents are paying for that..

we're going to be legally married at home.. 2 months before the real wedding.. we're doing this to save money and because the legal wedding is not important for us.. Courtney to get legally married here in Mexico the judge is mandatory, it doesn't matter if it is before or after the religious ceremony, it's just paperwork..

I have a friend that's getting married in the Hacienda Vista Real in march..

I do think it's a good idea.. it's like buying their souvenirs.. but I also think it would be so cool to see one of them drinking from a shot glass they got from your wedding..

I'm so late sorry!! but I was going to tell ya that my sister needed many corks 'cause she made something for her boyfriend and she just went to an italian restaurant and the gave her a bag full of corks.. I'm sure any restaurant will be glad to give them to you

I'm not doing a welcome dinner either.. I like amy's idea... I might do something like that.. but right now I'm so out of budget and my wedding is going to be so big that we really can't afford that.. My hotel doesn't even give me the white ones for free.. and they rent them for 20 pesos each, so it's around the same price.. I preffer to buy them and resell them later.. What I don't know is if I should alternate 1 chair with tie and one without.. that way I could save like $200
