are we going to have people really show before/after pics? I personally am up for it and it is in the rules. People can cut off their heads/wear clothes, but I want to see how great people look after! Or maybe just the winners? I dunno...what do you girls think?

I am not an expert, but I know just speaking about my own house, the tax assessment value is about 200K less than our most recent appraisal. I think the tax records always lag behind a few years (and sometimes the increases are capped, which created an artificial number).

Mine is kinda boring...but last week DH and I were eating dinner and he got up for a second and my cat sat in his chair like, "Oh, do I get to eat this chicken now please?" and I snapped a pic. I also have a huge fat Garfield cat, maybe I'll feature his fat ass the 2nd half of the month.

I'm sorry about your back, that stinks. I personally am a huge fan of WW and you don't have to exercise on it. I mean, they will encourage it because you can earn extra points to eat, but you absolutely can lose weight without it.
