How to ask MOH

I have been thinking about a fun way to ask two of my best friends to be in my wedding. They are like my sisters (especially since I don't have any) and want both of them to be a part of my day!! Do you have any fun ideas on how I can ask the both of them??

I know you ladies will have some good ideas so please let me know what you think!!

My two favorite ideas were making the memory book or giving them the bridemaid handbooks

For My Maid of Honor

To ready for a wedding there's just so much to do,

from choosing bridesmaid's dresses, to finding something blue.

I see so very clearly, how this wedding's only one,

of the many times you've helped me, when things needed to be done.

Simply to say thank you, just doesn't seem to share,

the feelings here inside me, when I see how much you care.

You are so very special and my heart is grateful for

the friendship that we share and will be forevermore.

Thank you for adding joy to my life.

My Maid of Honor

Our friendship just gets better, through every passing year.

But it really has been this one, that I hold truly dear.

In helping with my wedding, and knowing you will be,

sharing in this day, by standing up for me.

Some great ideas! I just asked them. It was kinda a given though since they already knew I was gonna ask whenever I got married. LOL

Mine both live in different states than I do, so I mailed them a card and a leather id bracelet (RedEnvelope - Unique Gifts, Personalized Gifts, Luxury Gifts) in my wedding colors with their name on it. I only have 2 though - so I can spoil them more than if I had 6.

I used the same poem as Shelly and emailed my 9 BM's

When my sister told me that I was going to be an Aunt, she ordered one of those cookie cakes and when I opened it, it said "Congratulations Jaime, you're going to be an Aunt (Again!)!" Kinda cute
