Yeah, we were in the same boat. We booked our trip to the Riu Palace Rivieria Maya through a TA with Sunquest as a group about 7 months before our departure date. About a month before leaving we found our exact trip online for about $400/person cheaper than we had paid. With the help of some angry guests, our TA finally ended up getting us the same rate through Sunquest. But it wasn't an easy battle!

This is very surprising .. our $100/person is all they could do, so they say! What argument did you put forward to receive this kind of discount? We were specifically told they don't price match, so perhaps I should have another discussion with our agent!?
