Here is a pic of the chair sashes. Sorry it's so terrible, I took it in my itty bitty upstairs bathroom and the lighting stinks.

I unfolded mine and hung them on a hanger in the bathroom to take a shower. When I got out the shower they were nice, smooth, and straight (this pic is before I took the shower). I bought mine in navy blue, and it's prett dark, it's probably close to this color. Instead of folding them, I rolled them up neatly so they wouldn't crease/wrinkle in my luggage. They're 8 inches wide and 108 inches long. They look very pretty on once they're tied, and yes, they tie just like tieing your shoes.

I just ordered black satin sashes from here... tablecloths-chair covers- table linens-sashes wholesaler ... they were on back order and still shipped in no time - expecting them anyday!!! Only $105 (including shipping) for 116 sashes!!!! I'll let you know how they look :) But this site was the cheapest I could find with cheap shipping to boot!

I got the Apple Red satin sashes and am very happy with them. The colour was exactly what I was looking for and they are really going to pop against the white chair covers at the resort! This vendor was very quick with shipping and I'm pleased with everything overall. For 30 chair sashes it came to 37.00 US (with tax and shipping within the US) Can't beat that.

its a shame that we are all spending money on sashes- I know there must be so many girls on this site that still have theirs stashed away. I'm going to start a tread about sash sharing (recycling sashes). I'll give mine away for free- honestly, I don't want them cluttering up my house.

Do any of the resorts have chair satches or bows at all?? I assumed mine had the regular white satches and I could just bring my bows if they didn't have any. I'm just starting to plan now so haven't checked with the WC yet.

I think I like the square knot better than the bow!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
