  1. GOOD LORD!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! I tried it and it was the worst thing ever. I have never felt so sad and empty in my life. Our bodies were designed to eat and get rid of waste on their own. Not eating is soo unnatural and unhealthy no matter how you spin it. I tried this for 5 days and it was HELL. I broke down on the 5th day and ate a strawberry...best thing I have ever tasted in my life.
  2. Bah. I havent been doing well AT ALL. I've been feeling pretty crappy lately... The hunny and I went out and bought PS3 and Rockband this weekend - seems to be cheering me up. lol. I'm pretty much addicted to the 'drum kit' and it is totally keeping me from hoarding the fridge when I'm at home. We also got a free bowflex, so I'm going to try and do that 3 times a week. Having such a hard time making it to the gym between working 40 hrs/week and going to school full-time. Waaaahhhhh, play me a freakin violin. I'm a cry baby, I know it. Just not dealing with the stress that great right now. Off to play the faux drums...Keep up all the good work ladies

So I went to the supermarket and bought my own fat free dressing that is 15 calories per 2 tablespoons and now I order the salad plain and put my own dressing. It helped me lose a lot of weight this week. Also instead of regular sushi rolls I eat brown rice ones now. I don't eat any white rice or white bread. Only brown rice and whole wheat bread. And I learned to portion my meals better. Protein the size of the palm of your hand and 1/2 a cup of cooked rice per meal. I try to eat starches only once a day.   6. Ohhhh my goodness what a weekend. I've been doing soo well going to the gym and eating right and then BAM! Easter hits and it's chocolate galore. Yesterday though, I woke up to the FLU!!! I can't even remember the last time I was that sick. All I've had for the past 2 days is chicken soup and gatorade. NOT FUN!
  7. I loove chocolate so this is a hard weekend for me. Cadbury cream eggs are my favourite...I just googled it and there are 171 calories per egg so that just means I will have to dedicate some time on the treadmill! Calories in Cadbury's - Creme Egg

  9. Awwww, I really like this idea. I was thinking about a starfish for feb 09 but I'm still not sure what colour bouquet I will have...White bouquet=blue starfish, green bouquet=white/clear starfish. Decisions!
  10. Anyone having a St. Patty's drink tonight? I ate really well today and ran the stairs...*correction* WALKED the stairs at our escarpment. lol. So I'm feeling really good now, but the hunny called me and wants to go out for a drink. Hmmm. I will have to pick a really light beer or just have a diet coke. Hmmm.....
