Here's my daily routine for health:
- Multivitamin w/B Vitamin Complex
- Fish Oil Capsules
- Alpha Lipoic Acid Tablets (Extended Release Forumula)
- 1+ cup of hot tea daily, preferably Green, White or occasionally Red. I started this about 2 months ago and have really seen a difference in immunity.
- Drink as much water as possible (just getting back to this)
- Try and walk in the sunshine as much as possible for a good seratonin boost.
- Atkins protein shake first thing in the morning really helps me get through my day.
Makeup & Stuff like that:
- Bare Minerals w/SPF 15
- Kinerase Clear Skin Moisture Light (reduces cebum production & redness, improves overall tone)
