Who Has Used Discountmugs.com?

Recommended Posts

I placed an order for my travel mugs in early December and they say they should be shipping in mid-late January. However, I'm curious from anyone who has already used them if they will send a proof before they print and hip the mugs? I asked for one but haven't heard anything back yet.

I know Kelly (dragonfly) got hers from there but I haven't seen her online much since her wedding.

Yeah I was looking into them for my wedding but opted just for the basics. They look legit though so I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem with sending you a proof. Have you looked into cafe press? I ordered a mug form them before and it looked good.

Well, I've already ordered/paid -- I am comfortable with having gone with them ... but really want to see a proof since my logo's are all 2-colors but the mugs can only have 1 color for the imprint. I'm sure it will be fine but I wanted to see the color and size to make sure it's what I envision.

Thanks! I can't see your pic for some reason but I'll email them again for the proof. I'm sure it's been busy w/ the holidays.

I don't have a coupon but if you sign up for their emails, they send free shipping notices and specials all the time. It was under $200 for 65 mugs for me.

I'm planning to order stuff from there. Thanks for letting me know about signing up for their emails, I never even thought of that.
Let us know how they turn out!

This thread is perfect timing! I just ordered this morning!!! I also asked for a proof and am very nervous about my logo! I hope they send me one!!!!

As for coupons... why yes they have one right now! Sad thing is that it expires after tomorrow! Type in Holidays and you get an additional 10% off plus free shipping on most items.

I have been on their e-mail list for quite some time and this was the very first coupon code I have ever been sent! I hope that I ordered everything correctly and I get my mugs quickly :)

Bummer that I didn't get the coupon code, and ordered before I knew about it. BOO! But, I'm still pleased with the pricing I got, and I got free shipping.

I'll let you know as soon as I get the proof. I'm sure they've been busy and hopefully are now taking time to enjoy the holidays!

I ordered mine from DM.com! I was worried too. I requested to see a proof when I submitted the design and eventually they called me. They show you a B&W proof and I wish they would have shown me a color one because when I received the mugs, the color was way off! My mugs had bright green caps and the ink was teal, so it really clashed. I called and complained and since I had such a small order, they reprinted them for me, free of charge. But, they printed them and they still couldn't get the kelly-green, stoplight green color, so now they are forrest green. They are better though, just not perfect. I guess it's hard to get the perfect color you want, so consider sticking simple with white or black. I'll add some pics of mine when I get a chance. Good luck! Oh... and i learned they are horrible about answering emails, so call and call and call! Good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
