I'm sorry. We have had some issues with my inaccessible family not coming and not getting tier acts together with getting passports. At the end of the day we all have to remember that has Long as the two of you are there...no
    One else matters.

Stupid auto correct...fiancées family not inaccessible family!

Two random questions that I have been meaning to ask...how many songs have everyone picked out for the ceremony and secondly who, if ou don't mind me asking, are you tipping?

I picked based on what the resort told me too - bridal party, bride, signing and exit.

Tipping - regulars for the AI part then WC, photographer and wait staff/bartenders (plan to give lump sum and they can divy up). Fiancé doesn't agree with photographer and possibly WC but I win :)

In the end the passport was only a small part of the problem. His work revoked his holidays - long story. Too many people booked on holidays so he's not coming :( yesterday was the cut off for name changes and he only found out at 10pm last night. I told him to quit and find a new job but he won't lol. Apparently they said they'd reimburse his trip but I'm always skeptical.

oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that :(. Did they just revoke the holidays? That seems super unfair, if you booked the week off months ago, chances are that you already paid for a trip somewhere. I'd be super angry if I was him, enough to quit my job

omg No way! Wow. So is your sister still going alone even if he can't? You're fine on numbers though right? Does it really mess anything up for you?  I've had that happen and I was reimbursed but I was totally PO'd believe me. So was Doug. Vacations are too important to be forced to miss them.

So are you over the moon excited yet????? What time do you leave??

    Hey!

Yes my sister is still coming. They had planned to drive here so she scrambled today to find a connector flight.  She is very upset and rightfully so. I think she is also worried about being a 3rd wheel and how it will impact her trip, but she has all of us so it will all work out ok.   It is such a total piss off, but apparently it happens as you know. It's almost amazing people would do that to someone!  For me, it doesn't affect us whatsoever, he is out the money though as he was 100% paid in full.   I should let my WC know about the change in persons as I would get a reduction in cost as he doesn't need a plate/open bar.

We leave on Saturday AM at 8am!!!   I am really starting to get excited now because all my friends and family (over 30 on our flight) all arrive tomorrow!!!!! yay!!!

Thanks for thinking of me :)

But what about her room? If it's based on double occupancy, will they let her stay alone in the room without paying the extra? I'm sure everything is going to be fabulous and I can't WAIT to see your pics and hear all about it!!!! I'm up to my neck in year end right now so this week has been total crap but in case I get too busy tomorrow, have a wonderful time. With all of your planning and the beautiful things you've put together, it will be gorgeous!

Her boyfriend was paid in full so to them it's still a double occupancy room. If it was at deposit time yes she would have paid more. It's basically like he's there but he's not. That's what travel agent said anyways as the hotel and airline don't lose any money.

Thanks so much. I can't wait to tell everyone about it. :)
