Today it worked, weird.

They have fantastic prices, but they don't ship to Canada.

I really don't need anything, but since I have time on my hands to shop I thought I would look HAHAH! (I am my biggest hidden cost to wedding planning --- deciding to do more and more stuff)

Haha @@calgarybride2015, Everytime I buy something, my FI says "why are you getting that now?!" I'm scared to see how much damage I do by next July!

hahah I bet!

I started off as a very cheap bride, or it could have been worse.

Truth be told, I think I did fairly well. Yes I went over my budget, but I realized quickly my budget sucked and was totally unrealistic in some areas.  It's all about compromise :)

Are you still looking for the items? If so, I am about to list my post wedding stuff and have about the amount you're looking for. Let me know!

I bought my luggage tags but I am definitely looking for other items. Do you have other things from the wedding you would like to sell. I would much rather buy from a bride so let me know what you want to get rid. Thanks for your help

Hey, I just pulled up that seller on eBay, thanks for sharing! Just wondering, did you get "vertical" or "horizontal" card holders?

Thanks!

I bought the horizontal ones but they both work the same. I am using mine for my guest luggage but I am also going to buy the scrunchie wrist bands and my guest can then use them to put their key cards and small amounts of cash for around the resort

Haha I hear you on that @@calgarybride2015! I've exceeded my budget on my OOT bags...I just keep finding more things I want in there, and adding on more projects! It's never ending! :)

Give us some tips and sites to order from, whats in these fabulous OOT bags, I haven't even started. Well actually I found something today, Small glass bottles to put sand in a bottle. I got 25 for 9.99 with free shipping. I thought that was a pretty good deal for the small bottles with the corks

I'm starting to plan my June 2016 wedding, did anyone have guest who actually liked the luggage tags? I hate to spend a bunch of money on something people aren't going to like or ever use again. Plus all the luggage tags I've found aren't cheep!

I'm starting to plan my June 2016 wedding, did anyone have guest who actually liked the luggage tags? I hate to spend a bunch of money on something people aren't going to like or ever use again. Plus all the luggage tags I've found aren't cheep!

I bought these ones - http://www.amazon.com/Advantus-Proximity-Holders-Vertical-AVT75451/dp/B000J09IH2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1419258717&sr=8-1&keywords=advantus+proximity+badge+holders+vertical+2-3+8+x+4-3+8+clear+50+per+pack+avt75451

I only wanted 50 loops and couldn't find a good deal online. I am Canadian though, so if you are in the USA you have more options.  So I got the loops from Dollarama.

They weren't overly expensive. Since my wedding isn't until January I won't know if people actually use them until then.  I still loved the gesture though, it's cute.

I had originally bought them to use at the reception but realized I wanted to do a bit more there, so to get them used up I sent them out first with a pre-travel mailer.  The mailers were definitely a hit.

Edit: I stuck with a generic picture (I used MEXICO) on the luggage tags in hopes people would use them. My common theme all along wasn't to use our names and wedding date on anything our guests would use (luggage tags, tumblers, etc.).  I have no idea or not if people will use them regardless but felt it would help.

The luggage tags were a huge hit! Everyone used them and it was really easy at the airport because we just pulled any bags we saw w/ the Cancun tag on it.  We were traveling w/ over 30 people so it really made things easier

I used the leftover tags I had as key holders that I attached to wrist coils - another huge hit! Everyone used these during the week to keep money and their key in

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
