Has anyone ever purchased the glow necklaces/braclets from oriental tradng and dollar tree.  I was wondering about the quality of them.  Any help would be great!

We got the Dollarama ones for sisters wedding and they lasted a long time. You got to love Dollarama!

The day i got engaged was actually a surprise glow party I had organized for my fiancé haha. I got a whole bunch of glow sticks at the dollar store and they were pretty good. I don't know how other ones are but these ones lasted the whole night. We only had one incident in which one of our guests bent one way too much and it broke on him staining his white shirt but he said it was his fault. We didn't have any other issues and they are supper cheap! We're thinking of buying more for the wedding :)

Today I picked up a package of glow bracelets from Dollar Tree and Christmas Tree Shops. I "tested" then both and after an hour the Dollar Tree one had lost 90% if it's glow, so I thought maybe it was a dud. So I tried a second one, same results. The CTS one is still glowing strong after 8 hours! And the Christmas Tree Shops ones were cheaper! You get 10 asst colors for $1

We always buy them at Michaels with a 40% of entire bill coupon. They are $1 a tube and have about a dozen sticks with connectors to make into necklaces or bracelets. With the coupon they work out to .$60 a tube!

Hmm weird. We don't have dollar trees here but the ones I got at dollarama were still glowing a bit the next morning when we cleaned up

Can you buy glow sticks year round? My wedding is December. Wondering if I should stock up now or wait?

They are available at michaels in Canada year round.... Always have thousands of tubes near the front checkouts.

 

We travel to Disneyworld with our kids every December and I always stock up before we go to save $ on glow toys during night visits. I always find them then.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
