I ended up going with the "lower" end Gemline Zippered Tote.  They were $3.24 per bag and I am REALLY impressed with the quality.  I got 18 bags for $75.78.  Shipping was SO FAST and I got the bags the next day.  They are a good size, and really good quality for the price.

 

I'm SO HAPPY to check this off the list!
