MENU IV ENTREES - Arugula, shrimp and Parmigiano cheese salad with balsamic vinegar - Polenta crostini topped with mushrooms sauce MAIN COURSE - Lobster tails in Champagne butter - Penne with creamy Salmon -Beef ï¬let with Rosemary SIDES - Caramelized carrots - Escalibada Is the lobster tail, pasta, and beef all served as different dishes, or people choose which one they want?
