Carina those are sooo cute. What a wonderful idea and such a nice touch. I also have a coupon for vista print. I received it when I ordered the save the dates. I might just steal that idea. Is that ok?
Of course! That's what this forum is for! Sharing ideas! Yeah I think I paid like 17$ total for 100 of them! I really think it will be a nice touch! I hope guests like them as much as I do! Plus it was fun way to use one of our engagement photos!

I think this is an awesome idea! I wanted to do something like this, but once my guest list got more than 30 I dropped a lot of my ideas!

Our final payment is done we have 45 people paid in full 39 from Calgary, 6 from Toronto and then I had 4 last minute not with my booking that are coming from Winnipeg, it is pretty exciting I really didn't expect to have so many people coming, and now I am really excited its all paid for and there are is like 53 days left before we go... I am also excited because we are going club class which I have never done before so that is awesome and we started to do some other trip related shopping which is awesome because it isn't wedding related it is for us, some sunscreen and we bought some tanning minutes... it is so close now I cannot believe that we have been planning for well over 10 months YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!:smile123:

I haven't been on much during the summer months...my FI and I own a cottage resort on Rice Lake in Ontario so the summer is our peak season when we work like crazy people...see my list that Jolene is talking about below in our NOVEMBER Brides discussion.....we're having our Grease Theme Jack N Jill this Saturday and I'm sooo excited that my belly is doing flips.  I'll have to post some pics

LMAO I literally started laughing out loud....not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, ...I worked as a paralegal for 25 years so I've learned to be super organized and suffer from severe anxiety if I don't have things written down...hence my crazy ass list..lol

Omg I just read through your list and it was giving me heart palpitations thinking of all the stuff to do... everything still seems so far away, but I don't even have a list of things to do really lol... but maybe I should come up with a more concrete list with deadlines!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
