Ohhh - I stayed up too late last night .. took a little cat nap... now I am wide awake ...  *sighs* same thing will probably happen tomorrow! No plans really.... just relaxing... we usually go camping this weekend but since we just got home from vacation we decided not to go this year... now I really wish we were going!!!
Camping is actually not as bad as I thought it would be..I was terrified@ first. Relaxation is always nice..
Speaking of honeymoons.....are you ladies going to another location to honeymoon or are you extending your stay at your resort to serve as your honeymoon? I initially extended our stay 5 days after the wedding is over to have alone time since all our guests will be leaving on a Monday, but I was thinking do I want to stay at the same place for 12 days!!! We just extended our stay at resort. I would love to go somewhere else but trying to save money Just curious to know what you chicas are doing!!

Oh Rayn....don't give me anymore ideas....I never thought of going on a cruise...just when I thought I should stay put now I will just price a cruise before I rule staying with my original plan.
We are doing a 12 day cruise for our honeymoon visiting Belize, Grand Cayman, Columbia, Panema, etc. We like to see as much as we can!

We are going on Celebrity Equinox. Celebrity is our favorite line and this will be a new boat. We're very excited!

We chose it because there's quite a few stops in places we haven't been. We've been to Belize and Cozumel every where else will be new to though!  We get off the boat and explore every island as much as we can then make a list of places we know we'd want to spend a week at. There are lots of islands I liked but couldn't spend a week there so we put those down on a separate list in case we want to go "island hopping" one vacation.

Belize is on my short list for the honeymoon. (We will either stay in PDC or go there.) What did you think of it? Would you recommend going there for an entire honeymoon?

It depends on what you're looking for your honeymoon.  It is gorgeous but there's not a ton of nightlife (from what I saw anyway), if you're just looking to relax and do some exploring it'd be a great choice. My FI and I still like to go out at night and meet people, dance, etc so I'm not sure we'd stay there right now for a week but after we have kids and are just looking to relax we'd definitely go back.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
