Also their is a mac store in las isla mall I really want my makeup done their anyone know their number? Also is it you buy a $50 gift card and get your makeup done for free just like u.s.?

I love the passport and boarding pass rsvps however on a tight budget so thinking about making them if any one knows of some good templates.

Anyone getting married around same time as me?

Hi Wedding 14...I'm not sure about the MAC store, but I am using an outside vendor for my make-up, his name is Fernando Fuentes and he works for MAC so they only use MAC products if that's what you're looking for. I'm actually going down this weekend and getting my hair and make-up trial done so I will let you know how it goes. This is their site with some info http://the-makeup-pros.com and his email address is [email protected]. He has been very easy to communicate with and is very sweet. He even called me to talk in person after I booked him.

Also, for anyone that has any specific questions to ask my WC let me know..I would be happy to get any questions answered. I have a bunch myself but I'm sure there are some more I could ask. We're meeting with the WC Diana Rodriguez.

I honestly don't know if you need to pay a vendor fee or Day Passes for him but I'm sure some of the ladies here can respond to that for you.

Good luck and happy planning!!

Hey ladies! This is my first post on here, but I want to thank everybody for supplying such great information.  I'm getting married at the GRC in April, 2014... which is sooo far away! My WC is Claudy Che, and she's been great so far.  I just got my contract though, and after asking for a private reception on one of the terraces, they typed in "Solar 2 Lounge" for my reception site... weird.  Also, does anybody have any information on the photographer/dj services that they use at the gran caribe?

Happy planning!

Jess

Have some decision making to do.......how's your planning coming along?

I'm getting married on April 23rd! We are doing a 4pm ceremony. Planning is coming along nicely.. We even coordinated an Indian Vegetarian menu to the mix which is awesome for my dad's side of the family who have diet restrictions. So it's great. Communication can be rough, but eventually it all turns out in your favour!

We just have to finish off making out invites and send them out. And then the other thing we need to get done is our wedding favours and our cake topper. Other than that, we are all set to go!

How is your planning going? See you at the resort next year!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
