If you're doing a resort wedding, you don't really need one.  If it's offsite, not sure how other brides do it.  Resort is pretty easy, they have a set way of doing things, and this forum is great for all information so you don't go in blind. The cooridnators give you some answers, but you really don't confirm anything until you arrive.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum!!  It seems very overwhelming in the beginning, however, you have lots of support and understanding on this forum.   Best of luck with your plans.

Welcome! I found the first few months of planning to be the most stressful.  From picking the resort to securing a date and getting travel arrangements in place that was stressful.  After all that the planning has been fun! I hope the stress lessens for you so you can enjoy this exciting time in your life!

                Welcome!

Your resort should be able to help you with everything. Just provide them with what you need.

I still have many questions that I plan on asking the on-site coordinator but usually the way resorts work around here is attention to you about 3 - 6 months before your actual wedding date.  BBV is free and so far my experience with them have been fantastic!!

One more tip: assemble all your questions into a numbered list.  It helps people to answer easier! =)
